ABOUT
THE ARTISTS
Trinidadian
born Sylvester "Robbie" Robinson and Gail Robinson design and make sculptured
leather pouches and handbags.
Leather is molded into three-dimensional hollow shapes and then made into beautiful
pouches and handbags. Masks, abstract faces and other sculptured forms decorate
the handbags and pouches making them interesting conversation pieces. The design
inspiration comes from art, culture and nature.
The" Robbie Bag" handbags and pouches has been featured nationally in
juried art shows, museum shops, galleries, and resorts including the Smithsonian
Museum Shop, San Francisco Museum of Art museum shop, Philadelphia Museum of Fine
