We are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wish to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us directly by email or phone, and we’ll provide clear, step-by-step instructions on how to proceed.

Please be aware that specially ordered handbags are considered final sale and are non-refundable. For any other handbag returns, we are pleased to offer you the option of store credit for the full purchase amount or a refund, excluding shipping charges. Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied to each item returned.
